Opposites attract

We got a new working colleague today, she’s studying law in vienna and will stay for a one month internship at the newspaper. It’s weird, I’ve onlsy been there for a month now and they trust me with introducing somebody new to the paper, the company, the values and ideals we share. It really feels weird for me, not because I don’t think I can take the responsibility for it, it’s just the same thing as with your kids: am I telling the right things at the right time, am I motivating and idealistic enough to do a good job?
