A perfect moment.
Warsaw. A cold winter day in the December 1970. The Warsaw ghetto memorial. A man falls on his knees. Silence. Only silent clicks of hundreds of cameras surrounding the quiet silhouette. The man is Willy Brandt, German chancellor. Silently he asks for forgiveness for the other Germany, the better Germany, a German that wishes to forgive and be forgiven. 33 years later I was standing in the museum of German history in Bonn (thanks Mia!) looking at the quiet peaceful sign. A silent moment in time. A perfect moment.
I believe.
