Against the odds.

It’s late here, way past my bedtime, but I’m wide awake after just watching Australia beat New Zealand in the rugby world cup semi-final. This was the game that the All Blacks were meant to win, this year some would even say that they were destined to win, but as so often is the case, it just didn’t happen when it mattered most.
Some will say they choked, others will just call them a failure, but what I will remember from this game is the determination, self-belief and hard work from the Wallabies. When everyone had already given up on them and they essentially had nothing to lose, they came up with a performance to be proud of.

Or maybe, in the fine words of Roy and HG, “Eddie Jones just pulled this one out of his date”…
