Around the world in 1297 days.

I’m finally back home now, and it does feel like home.

Although it is strange to be in a familiar place with so many unfamiliar things, I now realise that the longer I stayed away, the more I was distancing myself from the things I love and remember. Right now the sun is shining and I can feel summer. However for the first time in ages I’m not thinking about holidays but rather I am excited about starting work on Monday and finally being part of this place again.

This year is going to be a great one. I can feel it.
