it comes back to believing. believing in what we do (do i?), believing in who we are and still doubting that we should stay that way. i have made so many mistakes over my professional career and looking back all of them could have been avoided in some way or another. but can you learn from a mistake you never made? right now i feel pressured quite often, pressured to be perfect, pressured to not make any mistakes. why? funny enough because i believe that is what people at work expect of me and in consequence i expect of myself. can i be perfect? of course not. i doubt myself plenty of times a day, really – because i am not sure if i do what i really want to do. on the other hand, this might be just another step on the big ladder that someone up there has built for me. to climb, slide and reclimb it is my job, nobody can help me with it. on the other hand nobody expects me to be perfect as well – the beauty of life. my life. thank you mr. einstein, he really ain’t malicious. <\/p>\n
