One of the things that stuck most in my mind from this article was a comment from Michael Field, former premier of Tasmania. He claims that one of the greatest things about a city like Hobart, is that it doesn&#8217;t discriminate based on income. Anyone, even those with an entirely modest income can go down to the waterfront and have an affordable seafood dinner and a bottle of wine, or just walk around one of the world&#8217;s most beautiful harbours for free.
