I’ve missed being able to come online. I’ve been sick for the past week and a half. I thought I was being smart and got a flu shot. Well low and behold I would be the one to react to it. I’m finally looking on the upside and feeling a lot better. I even missed some school and work, not good! There is now a shortage of flu shots in the US. So many people have gotten them this year that hospitals are running out. I’m glad I got mine out of the way and also got the sickness out of the way because I have a feeling that I would have caught it anyway from one of my jobs. At least it is over and done with. I am looking forward to the coming year with apprehension and joy. I’m ready for change, I flourish in it. New year’s resolutions? Who needs them. I plan to try to better myself no matter what time of year it is. <\/p>\n
I am also preparing for the final week of school. What does that mean? Tests. Major tests. I’m hoping that some part of my mind is ready to reabsorb and remember everything that I have learned throughout the year. The hardest is going to be Pre Cal. I suppose I am ready. <\/p>\n
I also found out that my mother is coming up to see me after Christmas. The problem? She’s coming on 30December and I leave for Minneapolis the next morning. Such a shame and I haven’t seen her for over three years. I can’t cancel my trip though. I want it too much and I’d lose to much money. I’ll just have to fly down and see her sometime…<\/p>\n
