There seems to be an epidemic going on where I live; it is something that people should be a bit more careful of but it turns out that some people just don’t care. What am I referring to? STD’s. There are so many people, male and female alike, that are infected and they still continue to pretend that they are not. I don’t know if it is a denial issue or if they hate themselves so much that they cannot feel any type of compassion for other people. I know three separate girls who are infected and are sleeping with people without telling them. These girls make me sick. It has affected some of my friends. I try to warn them and they don’t listen, it is said that it was just a rumor. How can you even take the chance? I don’t understand why so many people put themselves at such stupid risks for something that isn’t even worth it. This is your life! It’s the only one you have. I feel so much animosity towards people who endanger others lives without even a thought. There is a sex offenders list in the US. All registered sex offenders must be listed so that the community is aware. I wish it were possible to have a list for people who are infected with non-curable diseases that they can transmit to others through sexual contact.
