i was driving from the university to the computer shop, realizing that a chapter in my life may have just come to an end. hockey\u00b4s been always a big part of my life, actually i\u00b4ve played on a team since i was 9 or so. 11 years wow, what a time, got to know loads of people, learned the sometimes hard rules on teams but i loved every bit of it. i loved playing here in sweden, where they have their flags everywhere, i loved wearing that small swedish team\u00b4s dress for the 4 games i played. i loved the moment in that game we lost 8-1 when i scored the only goal and for a moment time stood still. i don\u00b4t exactly remember how many championships i won with my old team back home, but if someone would ask me what was the most remarkable moment in my hockey life it was that one goal in front of (for me) so many people including my friends and my girlfriend. now that i can\u00b4t pay the fee required by the iihf (international ice hockey federation, it\u00b4s about 700 dollars) – i\u00b4m still thankful for what hockey has given me.<\/p>\n
