i am not sure if it’s just me, but i have a feeling that good customer service is one of the hardest things to get nowadays. good customer service meaning: to truly serve the customer. and really meaning it. but there’s hope. i went to lunch after hockey last wednesday and was desperately looking for some coins for the parking fee. in the end i went to a cash machine got 10 euro and went to a nearby boutique to ask for a change. minutes later i left with a smile and a free parking ticket, the more than friendly lady (who was telling by a the accent a foreigner) had given me for free. experience number two: i paid tried to pay riitta’s study fee at the bank austria on the corner of neuer platz. however if you pay the money cash to an account of a different bank they charge you four euro. no kidding. anyway, the guy at the counter told me to just walk down to the p.s.k. where it would be cheaper since the money goes to one of their accounts. basically he could have just charged me the fee and send me off. he didn’t. because he appearantly cared about me spending those four euro senselessly. thank you for the parking ticket and the good advice, it reminded me of the ways one can interpret “service”.

i believe.
